Membership

Membership of the Institute is by invitation only and is available to those who have demonstrated achievement of academic standards to enhance their professional status.

Those successfully completing our degree level qualifications automatically qualify for one year's free membership of the Institute and may use the designatory letters GradIPS. Thereafter, to maintain professional membership status at graduate level, members must submit evidence of continual professional development to the Institute.

Those successfully completing our other programmes automatically qualify for one year's free membership of the Institute and may use the designatory letters MIPS. Thereafter, to maintain professional membership status at this level, members must submit evidence of continual professional development to the Institute.

Those holding relevant qualifications other than our programmes, can apply for recognition of their professional status by completing the membership application form below. Thereafter, to maintain professional membership status at the level granted, members must submit evidence of continual professional development to the Institute.
