Frank is Chairman and Director of Academic Standards for the BTSI Group. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), and is the ICM Chief Examiner for their global Sales and Marketing programmes.
Frank Salisbury is an internationally renowned motivational and inspiring speaker. He is a passionate sales coach and is the author of the following books:
Frank holds a Master of Philosophy degree from Oxford Brookes University for his research into the effectiveness of sales training. He is the author of numerous published articles on the topics of selling, sales management and sales coaching.

Sandy is a co – founder and director of the BTSI Group. His career experience spans sales; sales management; HR; and training.
As one of the few qualified sales coaches in the world Sandy is passionate about the positive impact sales coaching can have on sales teams and organisations alike. He continues to work with many of Irelands and Europe’s largest companies implementing a culture of sales coaching. The results he has achieved would astound even the harshest of critics.
Sandy is also the BTSI Master Tutor, ensuring that the unique BTSI qualifications are delivered to the highest standards of excellence.
Non-Executive Director: Dermot Mac Evilly
Dermot MacEvilly is currently the CEO of Easytrip, the electronic tolling service provider, a position he has held since July 2008.
Easytrip was formed by the merger of eTrip Services with EazyPass, the electronic tolling division of NTR. Dermot was the General Manager of EazyPass since 2003. He is a Director of the Irish Tolling Industry Association, a representative body for the tolling industry in Ireland.
Prior to EazyPass Dermot spent 12 years in the electronics industry as a silicon design engineer. During that time he worked with Silicon Software Systems, Integrated Device Technology, Parthus Technology and PMC Sierra, and spent 5 years working in Silicon Valley in California.
Dermot was a Principal Design Engineer with Parthus Technology from
1995 to its IPO on the Nasdeq Stock Exchange in 2000, during which time he developed products for Texas Instruments and the European Space Agency amongst others.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University College Cork and a MBA for Smurfit Graduate School of Business at University College Dublin and is named in three patients
Non-Executive Director: Jack Gleeson
Jack is a Business Doctor and Problem Solver. He trained in KPMG where he workedwith the leading Corporate Recovery Specialist Laurence Crowley over a 10 year period. During this time he was saw every aspect of Irish industrial and commercial life.
He has acted as High Court Examiner, Receiver and Liquidator to more than 100 Companies. He possesses a deep understanding of why companies fail and this knowledge and experience has helped him to guide many organisations to success. He has acted as company chairman, interim managing director, business strategist and non executive director. He is a mentor to many business leaders and sports people. He advises business managers, accountants and lawyers on team building, communication and leadership.
He advises banks on stressed loans and is often called in by accountants and solicitors to advise clients in difficult trading situations.
Jack has been involved in the investigation and reconstruction of companies in many sectors including Dairy Co-Operatives, Film Production, Film Studios, Designer Jeans, Footwear, Crystal Glass and Tableware Manufacturers, Electrical Goods Retailers, Agricultural Machinery, Kitchen Furniture Makers, Bath and Sanitary ware Manufacturers, Supermarkets, Wool Fabric Manufacturers, Hotels and Public Houses, Restaurants and Night Clubs, Fast Food Outlets, Computer Software, Petroleum, Motor Distributors, Telecommunications, Property and Car Rental.
Educated in Blackrock College, University College Dublin and KPMG. He is Chairman of Blackrock College RFC and a Committee Member of Elm Park Golf Club. He is a former President of Blackrock College PPU and Past President of the KPMG Alumni Association.
Group Managing Director - Mairead Cosgrave
Mairead is the Group MD of the BTSI Group and has spent most of her 15 year career working in the space where “technology meets education” She is passionate about the role ICT can play in enhancing 3rd and 4th level education across a variety of disciplines. She is a pioneer in promoting industry led qualifications via academic accreditation. Mairead believes this process allows closer cooperation between industry and academia in terms of dealing with Ireland’s existing and emerging skills gap. Through her role in BTSI she is expanding the sales qualification suite into new and emerging global markets. Mairead advocates the need to consistently promote the profession of selling and the important role it can and will play on our journey to economic recovery.
